I started my work by:
• Analysis of the User-Goals list received from stakeholders;
• Competitors research (B2C2, Wintermute, Flowdesk, CoinAlpha, Saddle, ElixirTech...).
• Afterward, we conducted more than 20 JTBD interviews with users of these solutions, describing their needs, pains, and product requirements;
• Compiling a list of user personas;
• Expanding the list of product requirements and features for the MVP;

• Information architecture creation, its validation & improvement;
• UX and UI, conducting prototypes A/B tests;
• Quantitative research & qualitative surveys.
